Fried eggs with Toona sinensis
Introduction:
"Every year in March, when the Chinese toon sprouts are on the market, I always think of the Chinese toon trees planted by my neighbors when I was a child. When they sprout, I give some to the residents around. Then I happily wait for my mother to fry them. Although childhood memories have become the past, I still love Toon in this season, I go to the supermarket to buy several at a time. It's a very simple and homely dish, but it's very delicious. I believe that if you learn to cook this dish, you can also think of the childhood Chinese toon tree, or the taste of your mother. "
