Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak glutinous rice in advance, wash and drain.
Step 2: put the glutinous rice into the pot and steam for 15 minutes.
Step 3: when steaming glutinous rice, wash the ingredients.
Step 4: cut all into fine grains and set aside.
Step 5: heat the oil in the pan, add the bacon and stir fry the oil; pour in dried mushrooms and stir well.
Step 6: add steamed fish soy sauce, sprinkle a little salt and pepper, add appropriate amount of cold water, cook for 5 minutes; pour in celery, stir fry well, set aside.
Step 7: mix flour with soybean milk to make a paste; crack eggs in a bowl; cut shallots into small pieces and set aside.
Step 8: heat the frying pan, add a little oil and wipe evenly; pour in the flour paste and spread evenly, pour half of the egg liquid and shake evenly; turn the dough over, and then pour in the remaining egg liquid.
Step 9: solidify the egg and spread the glutinous rice evenly.
Step 10: pour the ingredients and soup into the glutinous rice; pour a little oil along the edge of the pot and fry for a while until the cake is brown.
Step 11: Sprinkle scallion on the prepared bean skin, divide it into several pieces and serve on a plate.

Attention: 1. Glutinous rice has strong viscosity and warm nature. It is easy to produce phlegm if you eat more. 2. People with fever, cough, yellow and thick phlegm, or jaundice, urinary tract infection, chest tightness, abdominal distension and other symptoms should not eat more.
