Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the beans and cut them into 3 cm segments.

Step 2: cut the pork into small pieces.

Step 3: put it into a bowl, add soy sauce, green onion, ginger and five spice powder, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 4: wash the rice and soak for 20 minutes.

Step 5: heat the oil in the pan, add the pickled pork and stir fry until the oil comes out.

Step 6: add soy sauce, rock sugar, salt, water, scallion, ginger, stir fry evenly, cover, bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 7: add the cut beans and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 8: put the beans and pork into the bottom of the rice cooker.

Step 9: then spread the rice evenly on it.

Step 10: finally pour the stew soup (without rice).

Step 11: cover and press the cook button to start cooking.

Step 12: after the button pops up, turn over the cooked rice with a shovel, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Materials required:

Pork: 250g

Long beans: 500g

Rice: 200g

Scallion: right amount

Ginger: right amount

Soy sauce: 8g

Five spice powder: 5g

Rock sugar: 10g

Note: if you don't have an electric rice cooker at home, it's OK to use a different frying pan. After the meat is stewed, just spread the rice on it and cover it. However, we should always look at the pot to prevent the paste pot. If we use the electric rice cooker, we don't have to worry about the paste pot. After the cooking key is activated, turn off the power and simmer. Use the remaining temperature of the electric cooker. (this can save electricity.)
