Braised bean curd with cuttlefish

Introduction:

"The taste of seafood and tofu is fresh."

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the old tofu and cut it into pieces about 5mm thick.

Step 2: heat in a pan, add some oil and fry tofu until golden on both sides.

Step 3: cut the fried bean curd into small pieces.

Step 4: clean the frozen cuttlefish larvae and control the water.

Step 5: prepare the seasoning.

Step 6: Mix 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce and 80ml water into a bowl.

Step 7: pour proper amount of oil into the pot, add seasoning and stir fry until fragrant.

Step 8: pour in the cuttlefish and stir fry.

Step 9: wait for the cuttlefish to roll, then pour in the bean curd and a bowl of juice.

Step 10: cook for about 8 minutes until the soup is dry.

Materials required:

Frozen cuttlefish: right amount

Old tofu: right amount

Oyster sauce: 2 tbsp

Soy sauce: spoon

Water: 80ml

Scallion: right amount

Garlic: 3 cloves

Dry pepper: 1

Ginger slices: 3

Note: oyster sauce and soy sauce salty enough, so no salt.

Production difficulty: ordinary

Process: firing

Taste: salty and fresh
