Tremella and lotus seed soup

Introduction:

"Tremella fuciformis has the functions of Nourishing Yin, moistening lung, nourishing stomach, generating body fluid, benefiting qi, tonifying brain and strengthening heart. Production steps:

Step 1: wash and remove the roots of Tremella fuciformis, soak it with lotus seeds in warm water for 15 minutes and soften it;

Step 2: tear the tremella into small pieces by hand, break the lotus seed to remove the core, or poke the lotus heart out with a toothpick;

Step 3: add water into the pot and put the lotus seeds, tremella and rock sugar into the pot;

Tremella: 20g

Sugar: 30g

Lotus seed: 10g

Water: 1400ml

Note: 1. Lotus seed soup can be eaten cold or hot; 2. Rock sugar must be put into the pot, otherwise the soup is not thick. 3. The weather turns cold and the climate begins to dry. Tremella and lotus seed soup is also a good product for moistening the lung. It is suggested that you drink it often.
