Delicious chicken wings - taro chicken wings
Introduction:
"It is rich in nutrition and contains a lot of starch, minerals and vitamins. It is not only a vegetable but also a grain. It can be cooked, dried or powdered. Because the starch granule of taro is small, which is only one tenth of potato starch, its digestibility can reach 98.8%. In the aspect of taro processing, taro powder and taro paste stuffing can be made to prolong the storage. Taro can also be used as an ornamental plant, similar to velveteen and evergreen. There are about 100 different kinds of taro; some are oval, similar to sweet potato, while others are mostly round. Taro has fewer strange shapes than other tuberous plants. Taros can grow up to 6 feet tall and have wide leaves; however, sprouts are edible after boiling. However, leaves and buds are rarely used in Western markets. The tuber part is dark brown, the outer skin is circular and rather rough, and there are hairs on it. The flesh is white, off white and purple gray, and some have pink or brown texture. I grew this sweet potato by myself
