Steamed Lotus Root Stuffed with Glutinous Rice
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash and soak glutinous rice for one or two hours, peel lotus root.
Step 2: cut off one end of the lotus root to expose the lotus root hole.
Step 3: put the glutinous rice into the lotus root hole and stick it firmly with chopsticks.
Step 4: fix the cut part with toothpick.
Step 5: put it into pressure cooker and steam for 15 minutes.
Step 6: steam, cool and slice. In a clean pan, add osmanthus sauce, add half a bowl of water and a spoonful of sugar, and thicken with starch. Remember, thicken.

Note: lotus root to choose that kind of straight big stir fry the kind, do not choose that kind of soup powder lotus root.
