Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: fry the peanuts first. Pour proper amount of oil into the pot. When the oil is cold, pour the peanut into the oil. Turn the peanuts over low heat to make them heated evenly.

Step 2: dice the chicken and marinate it with wet starch.

Step 3: heat the oil in the frying pan, spread the diced chicken, remove it after it turns white.

Step 4: mix the seasoning into juice and set aside.

Step 5: leave the bottom oil in the frying pan, saute onion, ginger and garlic, pour in diced chicken, stir quickly, pour in the sauce, add peanuts and scallions, stir well and then out of the pot.
