Production steps:
Step 1: add a little sesame oil and meat floss to the rice (I use rice and millet to make two kinds of rice).
Step 2: make lotus root and pea with water, dice lotus root and cut pea into shreds.
Step 3: spread the rice on the laver. It's better to compact it. The thickness is 5-8 mm and the width is about 2 cm. The laver can be rolled with peas or other vegetables. I rolled a roll with peas and the rest is rice.
Step 4: call salad dressing (put vegetable adhesive on sushi), a small plate of soy sauce with horseradish, and put it on a plate.

Note: I think it's better to have something crispy in sushi. I usually use cucumbers. Inspired by lotus root and pork dumplings, I think lotus root and soft waxy food taste better. Vegetables can also use other vegetables, fruits can also, depending on personal preferences. I like to eat fish seeds, so in this step, I add fish seeds, marinate them with vinegar to remove the fishy smell. You can use diced ham or sausage instead.
