Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: wash a bitter gourd, remove the flesh, slice it with a knife, put it into utensils, and marinate with appropriate amount of salt. Shredded green pepper, sliced garlic and scallion.
Step 3: marinate balsam pear for 10 minutes.
Step 4: heat the pot, take out two-thirds of the hot pepper in the utensil and put it into the pot together with the shredded green pepper, let the surface water evaporate, and the pepper overflows with dry fragrance.
Step 5: shove the balsam pear and pepper to the edge of the pot, pour the right amount of oil, add the garlic slices and scallion, saute until fragrant, and stir fry with the balsam pear on the edge of the pot.
Step 6: half a minute later, add chicken essence and the remaining scallion, stir fry quickly for a few seconds, then load the pan.
