Stir fried chicken
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: peel and slice the potatoes, set aside.
Step 2: soak the tomato in hot water, peel, slice and set aside.
Step 3: tear off two sides of string beans, break them into several sections, blanch them and wring them dry.
Step 4: wash the chicken pieces, add ginger slices, and then wash them several times to remove the turbid blood stains.
Step 5: add appropriate amount of salt, peanut oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp cooking wine and garlic to chicken pieces, mix and stir, marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 6: put the potatoes into the oil pan and fry them until golden brown.
Step 7: put peanut oil in the pan, add chicken pieces and stir fry for a few minutes.
Step 8: add the potatoes and stir fry.
Step 9: add the tomato and stir fry. Add the remaining juice from the chicken. Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes. Add the kidney beans and simmer for 5 minutes before you get out of the pot. Turn off the fire.

Note: 1 potato chips fried to 2 golden, delicious and not easy to rot. Tomato peeled, the finished product will be more beautiful.
