French fruit roll
Introduction:
"I don't know how to eat bananas, so I stir up this frozen raspberry and thaw it. It's a bit of a tragedy. Ah, that's it. The tortilla part is very simple. The only thing I have to do is to beat the protein, and the rest is just stirring."
Production steps:
Step 1: mix all ingredients except egg white and 15g sugar.
Step 2: stir to the state as shown in Figure 2.
Step 3: put the egg white in a clean bowl, add sugar in several times, and beat to the state as shown in the figure (wet foaming omitted).
Step 4: pour the egg white into the flour paste, and use a rubber scraper to even it.
Step 5: stir until flowing as shown in the figure.
Step 6: lightly oil the pan, heat it over low heat (my electromagnetic conditioning is 170 ℃), scoop 1 tablespoon 5 of batter, and slowly drop it into the pan from a height of about 20cm - & gt; to form a natural circle.
Step 7: heat it for about 2 minutes, turn it over quickly when there are bubbles as shown in the figure, and then heat it for about 1 minute (if it is heated too long, it will break when it is folded).
Step 8: after heating, quickly fold and fix the pancake with oil paper (I fix the oil paper with glass glue), light color on the inside.
Step 9: all the heated tortillas are heated and folded until completely cooled.
Step 10: whipping with cream and 15g sugar, mounting into the inside of the tortilla, and sandwiching in your favorite fruit.

Fine granulated sugar: 35g
Maltose: 1 tablespoon
Baking powder: a little
Sugar: 15g
Note: these materials are enough for 5 pieces, and can be refrigerated after finishing
