Matcha ice cream
Introduction:

When I eat it, I mix it with crushed almonds and bananas. The strong milk aroma is mixed with the faint aroma of tea, burnt almonds and banana, not to mention how delicious it is. "
Production steps:
Step 1: add sugar to egg yolk and mix well.
Step 2: add milk and stir.
Step 3: heat with low heat, keep stirring, do not let the slurry boiling.
Step 4: until the slurry is thick, turn off the fire.
Step 5: put the boiled slurry into the cold water with the pot to cool. Mix Matcha powder with green tea powder.
Step 6: add 100ml boiling water to make tea juice, cool and set aside.
Step 7: mix the cooled egg milk and tea juice.
Step 8: whisk the cream slightly, mix with method 5 to make ice cream liquid.
Step 9: pour the mixed ice cream into the fresh-keeping box, put it into the refrigerator freezer, stir it every 30 minutes, 3-4 times in total, and then freeze it for 4-5 hours.
Materials required:
Egg yolk: 2
Sugar: 40g
Milk: 150ml
Fresh cream: 200ml
Matcha powder: 1 tablespoon
Green tea powder: 1 teaspoon
Boiled water: 100ml
Note: Tips: in the process of production, I used Matcha powder (coloring) and green tea powder (flavor). When eating, sprinkle crushed almonds on it. You can also use other crushed nuts. It's very fragrant. You can also match some fruits. I think softer fruits are more suitable for ice cream, such as bananas and pitayas. In addition, you'd better not use juicy fruits, such as watermelon. Ice cream is easy to melt, and juice is easy to dilute the milk flavor of ice cream.
