Pomelo tea
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: I use a peeler to peel the grapefruit peel directly. It's convenient and lazy.
Step 2: shred the peeled skin. It needs to be thin. It doesn't need to be very long. Soak it in brine for a long time. I'll soak it for an hour.
Step 3: soak the silk and cook it in a pot until it changes color slightly to remove bitterness.
Step 4: peel the grapefruit meat well when cooking. I used half a grapefruit, but I can use one.
Step 5: put the grapefruit meat, grapefruit skin and rock sugar in a clean pot. The grapefruit meat will come out of the water. There is no need to add water in the middle of the pot. Heat for about 10 minutes. Turn to medium heat and boil until it changes color and thickens.
Step 6: place a can of warm honey (small can) or less, refrigerate for two days and brew with warm water.
Materials required:
Grapefruit: moderate
Honey: right amount
Rock sugar: right amount
Salt: right amount
Note: 1. Cut the pomelo peel into small pieces after water. 2. The honey should be light in flavor, not over pomelo flavor. 3. For better taste, you can drink it after refrigerated for a week. 4. If there is no special container like me, you can use the used jam jar, and boil it in boiling water before using it
