Production steps:
Step 1: cut the old tofu into triangular pieces for use.
Step 2: cut leek into sections, green onion, onion, ginger and garlic.
Step 3: heat oil to 60-70% and deep fry tofu until golden. (note that the tofu can be turned over only when the surface of tofu is slightly discolored)
