Production steps:
Step 1: prepare 550G beef.
Step 2: wash the beef and cut it into pieces. Pour 6 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tbsp pepper. Knead the beef by hand and let it soak completely in the beef and put it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
