Production steps:
Step 1: wash and dry the pork. Put it in the box.
The second step: soy sauce 90g, old 70g, salt 50g, sugar 30g, liquor Baijiu, Zanthoxylum bungeanum and star anise, mix properly and pour into the pork, cover and shake.
Step 3: marinate for 3-4 days, take out and dry in a cool and dry place. The picture shows a night.
Step 4: after another day, it's a little bright.
Step 5: after two or three days, see meat tight, a little oil.
Step 6: about a week later, you can see a lot of oil flooding out.
Step 7: wash a piece, put it on a plate and steam for 30-40 minutes.
Step 8: slice and eat directly.
Step 9: you can also make bacon rice or something.

Pork: 1500g
Star anise: right amount
Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount
Soy sauce: 90g
Rock sugar: 30g
Salt: 50g
Baijiu: 30g
