Simple mung bean cake
Introduction:
"Mung bean cake, a must for Dragon Boat Festival"
Production steps:
Step 1: mix mung bean powder, flour and glutinous rice powder, steam for 20 minutes
Step 2: the steamed powder will agglomerate. Use a spoon to help sift
Step 3: add sugar powder into the sifted powder and mix evenly
Step 4: add liquid grease and stir evenly with a spoon
Step 5: take moon cake mold, put in the mixed mung bean powder, and take out after compaction. I don't have a moon cake mold. I use a common cake mold instead
Materials required:
Mung bean powder: 100g
Flour: 5g
Glutinous rice flour: 15g
Sugar powder: 30g
Sesame oil: 35g
Lard: 10g
Note: 1. Sugar powder can be replaced by soft white sugar. 2. Don't omit the screening step, otherwise the whole taste is rough. 3. The combination of sesame oil and lard can be whole sesame oil, or salad oil can be poured to replace part of sesame oil, depending on the preference of the population
