Production steps:
Step 1: dice the butter and put the milk into a container. Melt the butter with water
Step 2: sift the cocoa powder into the milk solution and stir until it has no particles and has luster. (keep the temperature at about 40 ℃)
Step 3: separate the egg yolk from the protein, and keep the container free of water and oil.

Pigment cream: appropriate amount
Green sugar: right amount
Red sugar: appropriate amount
Note: light cream is easy to melt the bottom of the sugar leaf. If it needs to be stored for a long time, cream is recommended.
