Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: get ready to eat
Step 2: repeatedly squeeze the bran in water (or put it under the tap, change the edge of the extrusion), you can get rid of the beany smell
Step 3: let the peanuts boil for 10 minutes, peel off the peanuts
Step 4: make black fungus, day lily and Lentinus edodes well watered, wash and cut into sections, wash bamboo shoots and cut into thick silk. Cut the bran into cubes.
Step 5: bring the water to a boil, put down the bran and bring to a boil
Step 6: soak in clean water for several times and squeeze out the water.
Step 7: pour twice as much oil into the pan as usual, stir fry the bran with oil until it turns yellow, and remove.
Step 8: heat the oil in the pan, add ginger, garlic and star anise, and saute until fragrant
Step 9: stir fry mushrooms, day lily, black fungus, peanuts and bamboo shoots for 2 minutes
Step 10: put in a large bowl of water
Step 11: add the bran and sugar
Step 12: add old soy sauce, fresh soy sauce, cooking wine, and boil over high heat until the juice is thick.
Step 13: add salt and sesame oil to boil for 1 minute,
Step 14: add chicken essence, scallion, stir well.
