Introduction:

"I don't like eating alone, because it's so cold, because I can't eat many kinds of food, but I have to hurt myself when I'm alone, so I make a bone soup for myself."

Production steps:

Step 1: blanch the bones

Step 2: change a pot of water, heat up and add the boiled bones

Step 3: clean Pleurotus eryngii slices

Step 4: add the Pleurotus eryngii to the boiling pan and continue to boil

Step 5: put it in the electric cooker and cook for 4 hours

Step 6: add salt

Materials required:

Pleurotus eryngii: 1

Tube bone: 1 piece

Salt: right amount

Water: moderate

Note: I'm used to adding salt when I'm out of the pot. I can also add salt when I'm in the pot
