Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash squid and remove head.

Step 2: soak glutinous rice for more than 2 hours, put salt, pepper, soy sauce.

Step 3: stir well and let it stand for 15 minutes.

Step 4: spoon the glutinous rice into the squid belly.

Step 5: seal with toothpick.

Step 6: cook.

Step 7: steam in cold water for 25 minutes.

Step 8: steam and simmer for 10 minutes.

Salt: right amount

Note: do not fill glutinous rice, 7 points can be full.
