Yellow rock sugar: 1.6kg
Shaojiu: 3.6L
Caution: 1. Baijiu Baijiu liquor should be used at 20 degrees -45 degrees. The liquor is too high. The plum wine is too strong for brewing. If the male drinks, it can also choose a high alcohol. Also, remember to have the same brand of wine, do not mix different wine. I use Korean manna Shaojiu, the degree is about 20.1 degrees, because I am not very good at drinking, so the degree is relatively low. 2. Green plum is very sour, so it needs to be seasoned with rock sugar. It's better to use big yellow rock candy because it's sweeter and contains more natural ingredients of sugarcane. 3. Finally, it's the tool for making plum wine. Alcohol is a strong substance, so you can't use plastic tools. The best choice is wide mouth glass bottle, which is easy to take and seal.
