Dried fish with green pepper

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash and shred green pepper.

Step 2: soak the dried fish in warm water, wash and drain.

Step 3: cut the onion and garlic and set aside.

Step 4: add oil and heat in the pan, and pour in the dried fish.

Step 5: deep fry until the dried fish is golden. Stir fry the chopped scallion and Chinese prickly ash until fragrant. Pour in proper amount of soy sauce.

Step 6: stir fry the pepper for 2 minutes.

Step 7: add garlic and stir well.

Step 8: turn off the heat and add chicken essence to make the pot.

Materials required:

Green pepper: 200g

Dried fish: 100g

Scallion: right amount

Garlic: right amount

Oil: right amount

Salt: right amount

Soy sauce: right amount

Chicken essence: appropriate amount

Note: dried fish are usually dried in the sun. I think there will be some dust, so soak it in warm water for half an hour, and then wash it with clean water.
