Sweet and sour spareribs
Introduction:
"Little guy likes it, little guy, his father likes it more! So I often do it! It's very simple. It's sweet and sour. It's really great
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the spareribs, add soy sauce and marinate for half an hour
Step 2: add a little oil into the pan, add the ribs and fry out the oil! (it's OK to stir the ribs with some starch and fry them in oil pan, but I think frying them in that way will not only save oil, but also pour out the oil and stir fry them!)
Step 3: pan fry thoroughly
Step 4: put a spoonful of water into the pot, and stir the sugar, tomato sauce and sour plum while boiling
Step 5: cook until bubbling
Step 6: add the fried ribs and stir fry
Step 7: add a spoonful of rice vinegar (white vinegar is OK)
Step 8: stir well
Step 9: load the pan (remember to wash the pan while it's still warm!)
Step 10: Sprinkle sesame seeds, add onion silk embellishment! Mm to lose weight hold up oh ~ hee hee!
