Qiemo sainaim is mainly spread in qiongkule Township, yingwusitang Township, bagairike Township, Arele Township, Qiemo town and other places in Qiemo County, Xinjiang.

The main feature of Qiemo sanem is that it is mainly self entertaining dance. Apart from the two mukaidiman (prelude to Sandplay) and quxiuerge (Epilogue) without beat, the other music always matches the dance, with smooth rhythm, from slow to fast, and beautiful melody; the accompaniment instruments include plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked plucked. The content shows the noble sentiment of Uighur people in the past dynasties, such as longing for love, loving life, being kind and tolerant, eliminating evil and promoting good. At present, the inheritance of Qiemo sanam is in good condition.
