Xinbin Manchu paper cutting is popular in Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County of Liaoning Province, which has a history of more than 200 years. It takes the Manchu Shaman culture and folk activities as the main performance objects, and its content involves traditional beliefs, folklore, fairy tales, folk customs, life customs, flowers, birds, grass and insects, etc., which exudes a strong local flavor.
