Yilan Xinhe is located at 88 Tongjiang Road, Yilan town. Founded in July 1953, with the establishment of China Rural Credit Union, Yilan County Credit Union was established under the jurisdiction of Yilan County branch of the people's Bank of China. In 1986, it changed its name to credit cooperation unit and worked with Agricultural Bank of China at 189 Tongjiang road. In January 1996, it was operated independently and changed its name to Yilan Rural Credit Cooperatives Union. The office building was built in 2008, covering an area of 1120 square meters and a construction area of 3685 square meters. After deepening the reform, the county-level unified legal person management was implemented in 2007, and the name was changed to Yilan rural credit cooperative association. It has 14 rural credit cooperatives, 1 business department and 8 savings offices. Mainly deal with: urban and rural residents savings, various deposits, loans, special exchange settlement, large amount of cash and other business.
