Loan incident of villagers in Taian County, Liaoning Province

In Taian County, Anshan City, Liaoning Province, from November 2011 to March 2012, many villagers received debts "from the sky". The outbreak of "being loaned" was due to the sudden death of Zhang Jingzhi, a 53 year old credit officer of Xinkaihe Credit Union.
