Industrial Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. is a consumer finance company. On December 23, 2014, it was officially established in Quanzhou financial reform pilot zone, Fujian Province. It is the first consumer finance company controlled by a joint-stock commercial bank in China, and the first company to open since the pilot expansion of China's consumer finance company in January 2014.

Xingye Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock company established in Quanzhou with the approval of Fujian banking regulatory bureau's reply on the opening of Xingye Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. (minyinjianfu [2014] No. 393) issued by Fujian regulatory bureau of China Banking Insurance Regulatory Commission (formerly China Banking Regulatory Commission). Industrial consumer finance was jointly launched by Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., Fujian Quanzhou Commercial Corporation (now renamed "Quanzhou Commercial Group Co., Ltd"), Tebu (China) Co., Ltd. and Fucheng (China) Co., Ltd. and was officially established on December 22, 2014, with a registered capital of 300 million yuan.

The company decided to change the registered capital to RMB 1900 million after the deliberation and approval of the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2018.
