scope of business

To operate the following RMB businesses: (1) to accept fixed deposits of more than 3 months (inclusive) from overseas shareholders and their group's wholly-owned subsidiaries in China and domestic shareholders; (2) to accept deposits for vehicle purchase loans from auto dealers and car rental deposits from lessees; (3) to issue financial bonds upon approval; (4) to engage in inter-bank lending; (5) to borrow money from financial institutions（ 6） Provide vehicle purchase loan business; (7) provide vehicle purchase loan and operating equipment loan for automobile dealers, including exhibition hall construction loan, spare parts loan and maintenance equipment loan; (8) provide automobile financial leasing business (except after sale and leaseback business); (9) sell or buy back automobile loan receivables and automobile financial leasing receivables to financial institutions (10) deal with the sale and disposal of the residual value of the leased car; (11) engage in the consulting and agency business related to the financing activities of car purchase; (12) engage in the equity investment business of financial institutions related to the auto financing business upon approval.
