Guangdong Yuecai Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuecai trust") was established with the approval of the people's Government of Guangdong Province in December 1984. It has been approved by the people's Bank of China and the State Administration of foreign exchange successively, and has obtained the "license for financial business" and "license for foreign exchange business". In 2002, the people's Bank of China approved the first batch of re registration in the industry; in July 2007, in accordance with the requirements of the new "measures for the administration of trust companies" and with the approval of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, it was renamed "Guangdong Yuecai Trust Co., Ltd." which is the only provincial trust company in Guangdong Province.
