In 2015, Bohai trust completed the overall restructuring and changed its name to Bohai International Trust Co., Ltd., registered in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, with a registered capital of 3.6 billion yuan. It is the only non bank financial institution operating trust business in Hebei Province.

Hebei International Trust and investment company, the predecessor of the company, was established.

January 2004

Hebei International Trust and Investment Co., Ltd. was re registered with a registered capital of 325.65 million yuan (including 15 million US dollars).

November 2007

After the capital increase and share expansion, the registered capital of the company increased to 725.65 million yuan, and the name of the company was changed to Bohai International Trust Co., Ltd.

March 2009

Bohai International Trust Co., Ltd. has increased its capital by 70 million yuan and completed the registration of industrial and commercial changes. The registered capital has increased to 795.65 million yuan (including 15 million US dollars).

June 2011

The capital of HNA Capital Holdings Co., Ltd. was increased by 1204.35 million yuan, and the registered capital was increased to 2 million yuan (including 15 million US dollars).

August 2015

The company completed the share reform and changed its name to Bohai International Trust Co., Ltd.
