On September 29, 2014, Xinjiang Yili Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., formerly known as Yining rural credit cooperative association, was grand opened. Yili rural commercial bank was restructured and established on the basis of Yining rural credit cooperative association. It was approved by China Banking Regulatory Commission in March 2014 and opened in August. For more than 60 years, as the main force of rural finance, Yining rural credit cooperatives has actively participated in local economic construction and made outstanding contributions to the economic and social development of Ili Prefecture. After its establishment, Yili rural commercial bank implemented a management system of first-class legal person, unified accounting, authorized operation and hierarchical management.
