Kaili southeast village bank is a new type of banking financial institution, which is approved by China Banking Regulatory Commission in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, initiated and controlled by Bank of Guizhou, and invested by other corporate and natural persons. The bank obtained the financial license in June 2013 and the approval of the people's Bank of China to join the financial service management system in July 2013.

Kaili southeast village and town bank has three business institutions, namely the head office, Kaili Bonan sub branch and Kaili Dashizi sub branch, with nearly 70 employees.
