Personage case

On September 4, 2020, according to a criminal ruling disclosed by China judicial document network, Wang Hua, then director of Changfa credit union of rural credit cooperatives in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, used his position to make false loan files by borrowing 141 people's ID card information, and illegally granted a loan of 147 million yuan to his own credit cooperatives in the form of top fake and base households. Later, in order to repay the loan, Wang Hua instructed the employees to make false waste purchase contracts, and used the pre authorized registration of real estate for mortgage, and issued a total of 136.3 million yuan of loans. In the end, Jiamusi intermediate people's Court of Heilongjiang Province found Wang Hua guilty of illegal loan granting and sentenced him to nine years' imprisonment and a fine of 200000 yuan.
