Fangchenggang supply and Marketing Cooperative Union (hereinafter referred to as Fangchenggang supply and marketing cooperative) is a public institution in the municipal government system. 　　

Fangchenggang supply and marketing cooperative was established in November 1993, and was listed as a "public participation" management institution in December 2006. According to the actual situation of Fangchenggang City, except for the county-level supply and marketing cooperatives in Shangsi County, no district (county) level supply and marketing cooperatives are set up in Fangcheng District, port district and Dongxing City, and the enterprises in the three regions are directly managed by the municipal supply and marketing cooperatives.

Organization setup

There are three internal organizations, namely the office, the comprehensive section and the office of the board of supervisors. 　　

Main responsibilities

（1） To implement the "three rural" working principles and policies of the Party Central Committee, the State Council, the Party committee of the autonomous region, the people's Government of the autonomous region, the municipal Party committee and the Municipal People's government, to lead the development of the city's supply and marketing cooperation, to study and formulate the development plan of the city's supply and marketing cooperatives, and to guide and serve the reform and development of the city's supply and marketing cooperatives.

（2） In accordance with the authorization of the Municipal People's government, organize, coordinate, manage and reserve the management of important means of agricultural production, daily consumer goods, renewable resources and agricultural and sideline products, and participate in the study and formulation of the city's agricultural and rural economic development plans.

（3） Participate in the planning and implementation of the new rural modern circulation network project and the agricultural socialized service benefiting agriculture project, promote the modernization of rural circulation, promote the implementation of comprehensive agricultural development by supply and marketing cooperatives at all levels, strengthen the construction of agricultural product market, carry out the socialized service of agricultural production, and guide the supply and marketing cooperatives at all levels to lead the establishment of farmers' professional cooperatives and the formation of farmers' professional cooperative consortia.

（4） We should promote the comprehensive reform of the city's supply and marketing cooperatives, promote the construction of the "two-line operation" mechanism of the industry guidance system led by the United cooperatives and the business service system supported by the cooperative enterprises, strengthen the supervision and management of the cooperative assets, and enhance the comprehensive strength of serving the "three rural issues".

（5） Strengthen the industry management and education and training of the supply and marketing system, be responsible for the comprehensive performance assessment of the member cooperatives, guide the member cooperatives to actively adapt to the requirements of new urbanization and new rural construction, and speed up the construction of urban and rural community comprehensive service platform.

(six) coordinate relevant departments to promote supply and marketing cooperatives at all levels to create "Internet plus" supply and marketing cooperatives, develop new forms of operation such as rural e-commerce, and develop rural cooperative financial services.

（7） To be responsible for formulating the administrative measures concerning the supply and marketing cooperatives, reflecting the opinions and requirements of the farmers and the supply and marketing cooperatives to the Municipal People's government and relevant departments, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the farmers and the supply and marketing cooperatives at all levels.

（8） To perform the functions of ownership representative and manager of social assets and enterprise assets at the corresponding level, to assume the responsibilities of representative of investors of social assets at the corresponding level, to strengthen the management of enterprises invested by social assets, and to supervise the maintenance and appreciation of social assets.

（9） Complete other tasks assigned by the municipal Party committee and the Municipal People's government.

At present, there are 10 staff and 12 actual staff, including 4 department level leadership posts and 3 section level leadership posts.
