Hunan Liuyang Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Liuyang Rural Commercial Bank) is approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission and established on May 5, 2010. It is the first joint-stock rural commercial bank in the province, the only local commercial bank in Liuyang City, and the "Liuyang people's own bank". Its predecessor is Hunan Liuyang rural cooperative bank.
