Huaiyang rural credit cooperatives was established in 1951, under the jurisdiction of 21 legal person credit cooperatives, a business department, 20 credit branches, 53 savings offices, a total of 672 employees.

With the approval of the people's Bank of China, all credit cooperatives within the jurisdiction of Huaiyang County Rural Credit Union can handle various financial services for customers, such as deposit, loan, settlement, exchange, insurance agency, wages payment and so on. In July 2006, all business outlets of rural credit cooperatives in Huaiyang county realized the province wide universal deposit and withdrawal business. At the same time, the national electronic network exchange system and large and small amount payment system have been opened, and the electronic exchange can arrive at the account immediately.
