Bank of Ningbo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bank of Ningbo"), established on April 10, 1997, is a joint-stock commercial bank with independent legal personality.

The registered capital of the company is RMB 2.5 billion. The bank has 200 branches, including 9 branches in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Wenzhou, Beijing, Wuxi and Jinhua, 1 head office business department and 190 sub branches.

Company profile

In May 2006, Bank of Ningbo introduced overseas Chinese Bank of Singapore, an overseas strategic investor. On July 19, 2007, Bank of Ningbo was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 002142), becoming one of the first listed city commercial banks in China. On May 18, 2007, Shanghai Branch officially opened. So far, the Bank of Ningbo has successfully realized the three development strategies of introducing strategic investors, public listing and cross regional operation.

By the end of September 2013, Bank of Ningbo had 200 business organizations, including 9 branches, namely Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Wenzhou, Beijing, Wuxi and Jinhua branches, 1 head office business department and 190 branches.

In recent years, Bank of Ningbo has been actively promoting management innovation and financial technology innovation, striving to build five profit centers including corporate bank, retail company, personal bank, credit card and financial market, so as to realize the diversification of profit sources.
