Zhejiang Fuyang Hengtong Village Bank Co., Ltd. 1、 Preparation

（1） On July 12, 2013, the preparatory group of Fuyang Hengtong village bank was dispatched by Longwan rural commercial bank to Fuyang City, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province to carry out the preparatory work of village bank. (2) on October 15, 2013, the sponsor meeting of Fuyang Hengtong village bank was held. The preparation materials were reported to Zhejiang Banking Regulatory Bureau on October 21, 2013, and the reply of Zhejiang regulatory bureau of China Banking Regulatory Commission on the preparation of Zhejiang Fuyang Hengtong Village Bank Co., Ltd. was obtained on November 18 (zyjf [2013] No. 734). (3) on December 28, 2013, the founding meeting and the first general meeting of shareholders of Zhejiang Fuyang Hengtong Rural Bank Co., Ltd. was officially held. The board of directors and the board of supervisors were set up to determine the list of directors, chairman of the board, chairman of the board of supervisors and senior executives. 2、 Organizational structure
