(hereinafter referred to as "CCB insurance asset management"). CCB insurance asset management officially entered the preparatory stage before opening.

The registered capital of CCB Insurance Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Preparatory) is RMB 100 million. CCB life is the controlling shareholder of CCB Insurance Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Preparatory). CCB insurance asset management (Preparatory) is also the first bank insurance asset management company approved to be established in China.

After that, CCB will continue to apply for the establishment of other professional insurance subsidiaries such as health insurance and endowment insurance. From the perspective of organizational structure, CCB is likely to integrate its related insurance companies into an insurance group company in the future.
