Peking University Founder Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Peking University Founder life") is a Sino foreign joint venture insurance institution (formerly known as Haier Life Insurance Co., Ltd.) jointly established by Peking University Founder Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Founder group"), Meiji Anta life insurance Mutual Association (hereinafter referred to as "Meiji Anta life") and Haier Group (Qingdao) Financial Holding Co., Ltd Approved by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, the company was officially established on November 28, 2002. Its headquarters is set up in Shanghai to provide various life, health and personal accident insurance products for the public. Founder group, Meiji Anta life and Haier group hold 51%, 29.24% and 19.76% shares of Founder life respectively.
