According to the archaeological excavation site of Shantou village, Daizhuang Town, Pizhou City, there are 52 tombs in this cemetery. The cemetery is surrounded by a 14 meter wide and 1.4-meter-deep moat (i.e. the moat for protecting the tomb), and there is an access in the East. Huanghao in the Eastern Han Dynasty was discovered for the first time in China. The cemetery is 80 meters in length from east to west and 160 meters in length from north to south. The path of the tomb faces due north. The owner of the tomb is buried in the south of the head and the north of the foot. Most of the tombs are of ring top structure, which are made of green bricks. The slightly higher ones are made of brick and stone. The side of the brick facing the tomb chamber has exquisite geometric patterns. The patterns of the bricks in each tomb are almost the same, and the burial objects are roughly the same. It is obviously a family cemetery. Almost all tombs were stolen in ancient times. The unearthed relics include 245 pieces of lacquerware, bronze mirrors, iron swords, green glazed pottery and copper coins. Because this cemetery was later buried 4 meters underground by yellow soil, the funeral custom of that year was completely preserved. Tomb 21 is the central Tomb of the cemetery. The tomb is 6 meters long and 3.5 meters wide. It is divided into a front yard and a back room. In the front yard, there are ceramic granaries, wells, stoves, mills, pigsty and buildings, as well as lacquerware with copper buttons. The back room is divided into two chambers. It is a joint Tomb of husband and wife. There are straight edge windows (similar to horizontal shutters) and stone doors in the tomb. The base of the stone door is also carved with stone sheep.
