Jinlonghu street is a street under the jurisdiction of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 30.3 square kilometers. It has five administrative villages, namely Donghe, Xihe, Dahu, tongcun and Shangshan, and six communities, namely Xiaoshan, SHENDIAN, jinlonghu, fuze, Fuxin and Cuihu.

Jinlonghu street is located in Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, north of Heping Road, south of Yangshan Road, west of Gaoxin road and east of district boundary.

Jinlonghu street was established in January 2018, with an area of 30.3 square kilometers and a permanent population of about 137000. It governs 5 villages of Donghe, Xihe, Dahu, tongcun and Shangshan, and 6 communities of Xiaoshan, SHENDIAN, jinlonghu, fuze, Fuxin and Cuihu. It is the leading area of Xuzhou Economic and technological Development Zone's reform and opening up, the leading area of "four new economies", the functional area of the central city, and the high-quality development zone The demonstration area of the exhibition.

Donghe Village

Donghe village is located in the north of Jinlong Lake office, with Yangshan road in the north, Donghe District A in the West and Donghe District B in the East.

At the beginning of the liberation, Donghe village once set up Hecun Township, belonging to Jingshan District of Xuzhou City. Donghe village, Xihe village and Shangshan village are administrative villages, collectively referred to as "he village". Until the late Cultural Revolution in 1972, he village was divided into three administrative villages: Donghe village, Xihe village and Shangshan village.

Donghe village was demolished from 2008 to 2012. By the end of March 2015, all the villagers had been resettled. The villagers were resettled in Donghe garden area a, Jingfu community (Donghe District B), Pantao phase 9 community and dongxinyuan community, with a total population of more than 5800.

Xihe Village

Xihe village has a land area of 240000 square meters, a building area of 330000 square meters, and a permanent population of more than 6500 people. It is divided into nine natural groups.

Dahu Village

Dahu village is located on the Bank of the old Yellow River, South and north of Fenghuang mountain, with high-speed railway station, Longhai railway, east-west extension of Heping, Beijing Fuzhou Expressway and Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway running through the north and south. Dahu village has nine villager groups with a population of more than 4500 and a land area of more than 2000 mu.

Dahu village was relocated in 2011. It is located at the foot of Fenghuang mountain. Heping Avenue passes through the gate. It is 1km away from the high-speed railway station. It is close to the mountain and by the river. The scenery is beautiful. The community covers an area of 120 mu and has a construction area of 96000 square meters.

Tong Village

Tong village is a resettlement community, which is located in the second and fourth villages of Pantao garden. A total of 65 residential buildings, 4120 villagers, divided into seven villager groups.

Shangshan Village

The original residence of Shangshan village is close to the west side of the expressway. Due to the overall demolition of the village, it is now separately located in PanTao Garden Phase 9 of Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone and high-speed railway Shangshan garden, with a total of 1480 residents, 27 residential buildings in Shangshan community and 16 residential buildings in Pantao phase 9, with more than 4000 villagers.

Xiaoshan community

Xiaoshan community is a resettlement community, located in PanTao Garden Phase 4 (south side of Yangshan Road, north side of Pantao phase 8, east side of Guangde Road, west side of Zhenxing Road, Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone). The community covers an area of 106600 square meters, with a green area of 46000 square meters. There are 853 households with a population of 2386 and about 500 floating people.

SHENDIAN community

SHENDIAN community is located in the east of Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, west of Gaoxin Road, south of Xugong resettlement house, adjacent to Xuzhou East Railway Station. A total of 1652 people, a total of 417 households, 4 villager groups, 1121 mu of arable land, including 1050 mu of land transfer. In 2009, the first phase of demolition started, with 276 households in the first phase. In 2017, the second phase of demolition started, with 141 households in the second phase. In the first phase, 28 resettlement houses have been built, with 276 households in the first phase. The second phase of resettlement houses are in the process of starting.

Jinlong Lake Community

Jinlong Lake community neighborhood committee was established in March 2011, located in the beautiful Jinlong lake, xinghuwan community. It covers an area of about 3 square kilometers. It extends to Zhenxing Avenue in the East, Hanyuan Avenue in the west, Huanhu South Road in the South and Xuhai road in the north. The area of the community is about 160 square meters.

At present, there are six completed communities in the community area, namely: Junting lakeside community, xinghuwan community, xiyuelongcheng community, Midea community, puyueshan community and high-speed railway Times Square. There are 101 high-rise residential buildings, 28 villas, 7374 households in total, 2246 permanent residents, with a total population of 7000.

Fuze community

Fuze community has jurisdiction over the north of Xuhai Road, east of No.1 Road, south of Yangshan Road, east of Zhenxing Avenue and golden age. There are seven commercial housing communities under its jurisdiction, namely, Chengzhi phase I, Chengzhi phase II, Chengzhi phase III, Marriott green city, xingguangmingting, golden age and Yuexing Mansion. The total number of households is 14879, with 11592 permanent residents and a total population of 45000.

Fuxin community

Fuxin community is under the jurisdiction of Yunyuan road in the west, Hanyuan Avenue in the East, Xuhai road in the north and Heping Shangdong community in Yunlong District in the south. There are a total of 7 commercial housing communities, of which 5 have been built and two are under construction. At present, there are about 26000 residents. Fuxin community standardization service center is located in the original poly Xincheng phase I sales office.

Cuihu community

Cuihu community is located to the east of Zhenxing Avenue and to the south of Xuhai road. There are 10 commercial and residential communities in the area, including the first to fifth phase of the green window, the Oriental Garden of the green city, the Meidi gongrunming lake, the poly Longwan, and the Shanghai Railway Real estate. After the completion of the community, the total number of households will be about 13000, and the permanent population will reach 45000. At present, there are three schools in the area: Sunshine Greenland kindergarten in the Development Zone, English Kindergarten of preschool teachers' high-speed railway in Xuzhou Development Zone, and Shuen middle school; Xuzhou East high-speed railway station, the transportation hub; and poly Longwan Commercial Plaza, covering an area of about 15000 square meters, which will provide more convenience for people's life and improve the quality of people's life.

Street construction
