Permanent Township
Yongyong Township, subordinate to Mingshui County, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Mingshui county and the middle of Songnen Plain. It borders Xingren town in the East, Yingchun township of Qinggang County in the south, Shuangxing Township and Mingshui town in the west, and Yongxing Town in the north. It is 12.5 kilometers away from Mingshui County, with a total administrative area of 122.74 square kilometers.
In 1905, Yongyong Township belonged to Shengheng community of Qinggang County; in April 1984, it was changed from permanent commune to permanent township. By the end of 2018, the permanent registered residence population was 19444. In 2019, there will be eight administrative villages under the jurisdiction of the permanent village, and the people's government will be stationed in gangliutun, the permanent village.
In 2018, there were 25 industrial enterprises and 14 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Yongyong township.
History of construction
In 1905, it belonged to Shengheng society in Qinggang county.
In 1923, it belonged to Nanxiang (the Second District) of Zhiju in Ming Dynasty. In 1929, it belonged to Yiren village. In 1946, it was the third district of Mingshui county.
In 1950, it belonged to Taiping District of Mingshui county.
In 1956, it belonged to Shuangxing District of Mingshui county.
In 1958, 10 senior agricultural production cooperatives were merged into permanent communes.
In April 1984, the permanent commune was transformed into a permanent township.

In 2011, Yongyong rural governs 8 administrative villages, including Yongyong, Heping, Shuiji, Jifeng, Yongle, Xinxing, Yongsheng and fengrao, with 92 villager groups.
In 2019, the permanent village governs eight administrative villages, namely, permanent village, Heping Village, Jifeng village, Yongle Village, Xinxing village, Yongsheng Village, fengrao village and Yongji village. The people's government is stationed in gangliutun, permanent village.

Under the control of polar continental air mass, the climate is cold and dry in winter; under the influence of subtropical marine air mass in summer, the precipitation is concentrated, and the temperature is warm and humid; in autumn, the temperature drops rapidly and the temperature difference between day and night is large; in spring, the wind is strong and dry.
