Songying Town, subordinate to Shijiazhuang high tech Industrial Development Zone, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Shijiazhuang City, adjacent to Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone in the East, Taihang street and Luancheng District in Shijiazhuang City in the south, East 2nd Ring Road and Beijing Shenzhen Expressway in the west, and Shijiazhuang Technological Development Zone in the north, with an administrative area of 29.45 square kilometers.

Before 1983, it was Songying people's commune; in April 1996, Songying Township and erlipu town were merged into erlipu town; in March 2001, erlipu town was renamed Songying Town, which was transferred from Zhengding County to Yuhua District of Shijiazhuang city; in January 2010, it was entrusted to Shijiazhuang high tech Industrial Development Zone. At the end of 2017, the permanent resident population of Songying town was 99097. As of June 2020, Songying town has 8 communities and 9 administrative villages.

In 2011, there were 6 service units, 19 catering units, 5 food processing units, 5 chemical units, 82 manufacturing units, 153 industrial units, 4 financial units, 5 construction units and 2 transportation units in Songying town. History of construction

Before 1983, it was Songying people's commune.

At the end of 1983, it was changed into Songying township.

In April 1996, Songying Township and Shilipu town merged into Shilipu town.

On March 21, 2001, Zhengding County was designated as Yuhua District of Shijiazhuang city.

In March 2001, Shilipu town was renamed Songying Town, which was transferred from Zhengding County to Yuhua District of Shijiazhuang city.

In January 2010, it was entrusted to Shijiazhuang high tech Development Zone.
