Toulin Town, subordinate to Fujin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the south of Fujin City, adjacent to Xiangyangchuan town and Qixing farm of Jiansanjiang branch in the East, xinglonggang town and Youdao County of Shuangyashan City in the south, Chang'an Town in the West and Yanshan town in the north. Toulin town has a total area of 498.57 square kilometers. In 2018, Toulin town had a population of 19331.

In 1923, there were seven districts. In 1948, it was renamed Toulin district. In 1949, Toulin township was changed, belonging to Yanshan district. In October 1956, the county government was directly under the central government. In September 1958, it was changed into Taiyangsheng commune and later Toulin commune. In March 1984, the commune was transformed into a township. In August 1988, the township was transformed into a town. In October 2019, Toulin town governs 14 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Toulin village.

In 2018, Toulin town has 9 industrial enterprises and 26 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
