Qingxin street, belonging to Ranghulu District, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the middle of Ranghulu District, bordering Fengshou village of Saertu District in the East, struggling street in the south, spark ranch in the West and Huayuan township of Lindian County in the north. The sub district office is located at No.13, Beisan West Road (the location of the sixth oil production plant). In 2011, it has a total area of 331 square kilometers and a total population of 21101.

In 1981, Qingxin street was set up. In 1995, red satellite street was merged.

In October 2019, Qingxin Street governs six communities: Qingxin first community, Qingxin second community, Qingxin third community, Qingxin fourth community, red satellite community and Fangxiao community.
