Dongming Korean nationality township, belonging to Luobei County, Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the middle of Luobei county. It is adjacent to the fourth team of Nongken Gongqing in the East, Tuanjie town in the south, the 15th team of Nongken Gongqing in the West and Fengxiang town in the north. In 2018, the area was 49.13 square kilometers, and the registered residence was 3446.

In 1947, Hongguang Village was established. In May 1984, the Korean villages in Fengxiang town and Tuanjie town were set up as Korean villages in Dongming Dynasty. As of October 2019, there are seven administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Dongming Korean countryside.

In 2018, there were eight industrial enterprises in Dongming Korean nationality township.
